Every
client of ours is slightly different with unique needs and a singular
set of
circumstances. So when a client first contacts us we spend time
understanding
their current situation, their future needs and their specific
circumstances.
We then assess whether or not VoIP is the right option for them. And if
it is,
we put together a VoIP solution taking into consideration their
budgetary
requirements.
Example
1
This
client simply wanted to cut costs. They already owned a PABX which did
pretty
much everything they needed. So we installed and configured a four line
ATA
that provided four PSTN ports into which they plugged 4 lines from
their PABX.
They kept four inbound lines and used the VoIP lines for outbound
calls. A
simple solution, that took a couple of days from ordering through to
installation.
Example
2
This client had outgrown
their two phone lines but was told by their phone company that the
maximum
number phone lines that they could have in their office was two, due to
there
being no other physical phone lines entering their offices. The client
also
wanted to use cordless phones so they could walk around the office
while
talking. We put in a simple VoIP solution that consisted of an eight
port ATA
and a new ADSL2+ network connection. The result being that we could
supply
eight phone ports, so the client could simply plug in their eight
cordless
handsets. The fact that they lowered their call costs and had the
entire
solution supplied and installed by us for $500 was a bonus.
Example
3
This
client needed phones for 40 staff at two locations. However one of
their
locations didn’t have access to any phone lines or broadband
internet. They
required an individual phone number for each staff member so that
people could
dial them directly, as well as a main company phone number that people
could
call so that they could choose which department they would like to be
connected
through to themselves.
We solved all their
requirements by building a unique solution using Direct Access (10
line), an
Asterisk IP PBX, IP phone handsets and a microwave link between their
sites and
to the internet.
